@Ask_Spectrum was completely unhelpful. I live in Charlotte, which hasn’t had snow or ice. No internet since Friday. They say I’m in an outage, but internet works less than a mile away.

@GetSpectrum We are not staying connected our service has been out since the 22nd and as soon as Christmas is over I will be changing providers. @GetSpectrum is the worst internet provider in my area.

It’s really telling how little @GetSpectrum cares about it’s customers: I tell them $90 is too expensive for just #internet service (especially when I’m currently without a job), and the response from them is basically “Oh well, get lost then”.

@GetSpectrum Going on the second day of no service. Using my limited phone data. Not loving not being able to participate in the festivities. That said, I do feel sorry for the people having to work to correct this over the holiday. I wouldn't have your service if I had any other choice.

Ok. We’ve been patient. It’s been 12ish hours. It’s the biggest Holiday of them all. People have much earned time off… @Ask_Spectrum seriously what the actual ****? Fix it. I really wish there was another option other than your monopoly. 🤔 Anyone else want to start an ISP?

Merry Christmas, @Ask_Spectrum. My internet service has now been down for at least 54 hours. Since Friday night, I’ve been told that technicians are working to resolve the issue but that there is no further information available. Please be more transparent.
