@Ask_Spectrum cancelled a service that was wrongly added by ur representative. 3 months after that I see that I’m still billed for that. On contacting Spectrum through chat, they see no cancellation. I paid $16.41 extra for the past 3 months. Need help.

@Ask_Spectrum How do I then get connected in 2 minutes to add a service? And i am still on hold for requesting a service downgrade. Mind you, all in the same call.Your service upgrade department cannot offer service downgrade. Same account, but I get transferred to a different department.

@GetSpectrum so let me get this straight, as a new customer, to get 1gb service, I have to pay a $200 activation fee even though it’s the same equipment and self service as the $70 a month service? Congrats on losing a higher monthly recurring revenue stream for stupidity.

@Ask_Spectrum That’s simply ridiculous. I have gotten connected to literally the same person once after getting transferred over 3 times. I was told I was transferred to a different department and after over 40 minutes of wait, I get connected to the same customer rep. So stop lying.

@Ask_Spectrum just want to thank you guys for the wonderful service you did not provide. Round of applause for the service tech who never showed up for the scheduled appointment today. Stellar customer service right there. This is beyond ridiculous and inexcusable.

@GetSpectrum your service sucks when it comes to making service changes. Was connected in 2 minutes when I wanted to add a service. But on hold for more than 30 minutes when I want to cancel a service. Pathetic.

I did @Ask_Spectrum for a bill credit for the regular monthly outages that have plagued us this year. They refused. So, I’m making the switch and getting twice the speed for less with @WOW_WAY. 1GB down for $55/m & no tax! #maketheswitch

It’s really telling how little @GetSpectrum cares about it’s customers: I tell them $90 is too expensive for just #internet service (especially when I’m currently without a job), and the response from them is basically “Oh well, get lost then”.
