Hey @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum yesterday you had the Atlanta Braves game on the wrong channel of your guide which in return had me record the wrong channel for 5 hours. It’s 2021 can we never let this happen again? Cable companies make it real hard justifying keeping cable.

@Ask_Spectrum acc# 970095903, my wifi is slow. Streaming is often interrupted with buffering, freezing, latency. I’m all “unplugged,speed tested and ethernetted-out” so some explanation of my service deterioration, with resolution would be preferred and helpful. Thanks

@Ask_Spectrum The Peaco*ck app just froze, then crashed, AGAIN. ( all my streaming apps perform this way. I have to unplug “Alexa”or the performance is even worse. my wifi experience has been laggy and latency burdened. I’ve called several times for help. Worked great 1st two mo

@Ask_Spectrum I have a separate component networking system from Luxul. Router, access points, switches, etc. The modem has dual gigabit ports, so connected directly bypassing the wireless, still less than 100gbps down direct from the modem.

@Ask_Spectrum As of this date, the channel has reset to normal, but was a very odd occurrence worth a note. Maybe explainable on your end, maybe not. If it persist to any significant disruption I will intensify my expectations for a solution from Spectrum. Thanks

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum service buffering and now freezing. Trying to watch news via Spectrum. This is NOT what you promise in the TV ads. I don’t / haven’t been receiving good service. We don’t / haven’t been receiving what we pay for.

It’s really telling how little @GetSpectrum cares about it’s customers: I tell them $90 is too expensive for just #internet service (especially when I’m currently without a job), and the response from them is basically “Oh well, get lost then”.
