The flooring is primarily comprised of ceramic tile and bamboo. The doors, custom cabinetry, trim and molding are made of solid wood. The upstairs second living area could be turned into a standalone apartment. There are two separate temperature control zones.

Lot Features

• On the property there is a seasonal creek and low spot that could easily be turned into a small pond to support horses, sheep or goats. The landscape is best described as slightly rolling, generally flat at the peaks and valleys, and heavily wooded. There are plenty of spaces where an arena could be easily built and maintained.
